They’re able to provide you with a replacement car and claim the rental fee to the at-fault driver (or more typically to their insurance company).
How it works
Not at-fault drivers may be eligible for an accident repair rental car, provided the cost of the rental vehicle can be recovered from an at-fault party or their insurer.
To help Right2Drive make the claim on your behalf, they’ll require the following information:
- Not at-fault car owner and driver details, including rego and insurance information

- Witness information
On approval, the staff at Right2Drive will contact you to arrange a time and location for delivery of your rental car. Their service includes delivery to our Sharp Autocare workshop in Bibra Lake, home, place of work or to the accident scene.
